Fabulous second stay at this property.

An umbrella for the garden table would be really helpful as there is no shade in the garden and it was too hot to sit outside - we were really lucky with the weather and realise this is not always the case

We had a truly wonderful stay - certainly helped by the beautiful weather.

A well equipped, fresh and airy space in each area. Modern and attractive decor and a sociable outdoor space. Very comfortable beds and quiet at night. So convenient to do fabulous cliff walks and enjoy a coffee and croissant 1 hour away! For owner only info: Sorry but 2 bin liners for a party of 5 for a week simply isn’t enough and if there is an associated cost that should be covered in the rental charge. We twice went to the public bins in the carpark with our rubbish - not ideal on a holiday. A note to advise where the cutlery drawer is could be helpful. Shower gel supplied would be a nice extra. Dog next door was noisy at times and smelly when he came to the fence - I know this is a difficult one for you to control but did put us off sitting outside. The tide indicator in the hall doesn’t appear to be accurate. We still had a wonderful stay and very much enjoyed our cliff walks.

Cliffside is very comfortable, extremely well appointed, light, well equipped, and in a fantastic location!

It was great to be able to see the sea and walk to it in a few minutes, and we saw some spectacular sunsets as the sun went down behind the big rock and into the sea!

Myself and my husband enjoyed a lovely week at Cliffside.

The property was lovely and clean and very spacious. The views from the main bedroom and the small bedroom frame Gull rock. There is a lovely window seat in the main bedroom which was perfect to sit and watch the views as well as a cosy place to sit and read. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need and all bedding, towels etc were provided. A lovely basket was provided containing a selection of tea and coffee for the Tassimo machine and they also provided a milk frother. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer! We did check to see if it was booked. Of course it was. We will definitely look to book in the future. This was our second time staying at Cliffside.

It's still a gorgeously presented property with a lovely living/dining area. The kitchen is very well equipped, the beds are really comfy, towels super fluffy and the whole property is beautifully clean. We were lucky with the weather and managed to use the outside dining/seating area and of course had a couple of trips to the Port William! Thank you for a lovely stay.

This is our 7th year at Cliffside and it never fails to delight!

The cottage is beautifully clean with everything you could wish for and with it’s view overlooking Gull Rock and the beach at Trebarwith Strand it is our favourite place on earth! We have already booked for next year.

We had a lovely stay at Cliffside, despite the weather being a little unpredictable during our visit.

The cottage is absolutely beautiful, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything we needed (though we did find it odd that there wasn’t a bottle opener). There were plenty of games and puzzles to keep us entertained indoors, which was a thoughtful touch. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the pillows felt like sleeping on a cloud. We were especially impressed with how immaculately clean the place was, without doubt, the cleanest property we've ever stayed in. Full credit to the cleaning team for such a thorough job. We loved the little goodie basket and lovely wine left in the fridge, so thoughtful and a lovely little touch, thank you. Having stayed in many properties across Cornwall over the past 15 years, we can confidently say that Cliffside has been the best by far. It truly felt like a home away from home, something our 5-year-old daughter echoed as she sadly said goodbye. She especially loved waking up to the view of Gull Rock from her little window. Trebarwith holds a very special place in our hearts, and Cliffside has only deepened that connection. We highly recommend staying here and would absolutely love to return.

Our stay at Cliffside was lovely, we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, apart from the Cornish drizzle!

(Which I know is uncontrollable!) It’s a lovely comfortable house and I wished I could have stayed longer…

We had a great stay.

Always wanted to stay right on the Strand, finally managed it. The sunsets are incomparable here. Both restaurants are lovely, and luckily the Strand cafe opened on the day we were leaving and we managed to fit that in too. The round walk to Tintagel and back ends right opposite the house, which was a nice surprise.

Wonderful stay

This is our 7th visit to Cliffside since it first opened.

We absolutely love this property and it’s location. The house has everything you could possibly want and the beds are super comfortable. Beautiful decoration and a high level of cleanliness add to the overall fabulous experience. Set at the top of the valley it is a short walk to the beach but gives you peace and quiet. Tintagel is just a short car drive or you can walk through the beautiful greenery or across the cliffs. Also Miranda and Ben who own the property are lovely people and are swift to sort out any minor problems you may have. We shall be returning as it has become a haven of calm for us over the years and we cannot recommend it highly enough.

Cliffside is a fantastic house to stay in.

Couldn’t fault it. Superbly decorated, comfortable beds, modern bathrooms and well equipped kitchen (with my personal favourite - a separate grill and oven!). We have stayed at Trebarwith Strand many times, and although this house was a tiny bit further away from the beach than our usuals, it didn’t matter as the house was so perfect. Would definitely book again!

Clean, modern and so so comfortable with great views down to Gull Rock. Couldn't fault it - just perfect! Thanks for all the clear instructions too (especially for using the coffee machine :) ). One of the best places we've stayed.

We are never disappointed. It is always clean and well kept up. You have everything you need and it’s only a short walk from the beach. We will be booking again for next year!

What a gorgeous, spacious, beautifully furnished cottage.

It was well equipped and very clean. There's a great outdoor space for dining and an area to dry wetsuits and towels after surfing. We managed to park our car on the side of the road so didn't have to pay parking charges. All the instructions in the cottage were perfectly clear and everything made for a great holiday - we were all so sad to leave. We have stayed in Trebarwith a number of times and this was by far the best cottage we have stayed in - we will definitely stay again - thank you!

Absolutely fantastic cottage.

Spotlessly clean, light and airy and a very well equipped kitchen. The location is amazing with a beautiful view of the sea. The best holiday home we have ever stayed in.

What an immaculate, well equipped house , the beds are so comfy and the housekeeping team keep this cottage to an incredible standard !

Would definitely recommend it to anyone , lovely pub a walk down the road , places to drive nearby This is the best cottage I’ve ever stayed in all my years of travelling in the U.K. !
