“The property is in the most beautiful place with fantastic views, it just a shame that when we arrived it was filthy and we had to go out and buy cleaning products to start cleaning before we could enjoy the holiday .”
The patio was swimming in foul smelling drain water, the floors in the downstairs rooms were dirty , brown mop water after I’d cleaned shows no cleaning had been done . I have a dog so understand what it’s like but all the windows had old dry dog saliva which I had to clean . There was a poo stain in the downstairs rooms toilet on the wall .
Once the place had been cleaned by myself and family the holiday went well . Upstairs much better . Poor response from Sykes , no response from owners ...
