We where made to feel welcome on arrival by Jill holly lodge very clean and well equipped bed was very comfortable it was quite and very relaxing and cosy ideal location for padstow , polperro, looe , Charleston , Eden project and many more would recommend all of these on arrival we also had been left cream tea and fudge such a lovely thought we can’t rate this stay highly enough would love to go back again in one word to describe holly lodge PERFECT

Jill was welcoming and very friendly. The Lodge was set in beautiful surroundings with fantastic views across the countryside. Holly Lodge itself was spotlessly clean with everything included necessary for our stay. Every detail had been thought about carefully and the decor and layout of the Lodge was impeccable, allowing for maximum spaciousness within the property. The outside seating was appreciated too. Both the cream tea, and milk for us to make a hot drink on arrival, were very thoughtful. We would not hesitate to recommend Jill and her family’s wonderful holiday accommodation which is well placed for visiting the whole of Cornwall.

Alan “The property has everything you can think of for a very relaxing stay.”
The heating is simple to use, the shower and bath are fantastic. The kitchen is well equipped for all maner of cooking and if you have wet days there's a washer dyer to. Jill welcomed us like old friends and we felt well at home. We will undoubtedly return in the future.

It was clean, welcoming and comfortable. Quiet and peacefulness surround the lodge and we could clearly see the stars in the night sky when it wasn't cloudy. The owners were welcoming, friendly, helpful and responsive with a thorough guest information book which we referred to. A brilliant central location for days out around Cornwall, of which there are many to choose from for all ages and interests. Fantastic break - thank you so much.

Cream tea on arrival, chocolates on departure, much appreciated. Lodge exceptionally clean, biggest bed we have ever slept in, very comfortable. Garden area landscaped, well looked after. Very relaxing, quiet, with outdoor seating. Just a pity the weather wasn't to kind to us. Would not hesitate to recommend Tregullon Holiday lodges. All in all a great holiday, just let down by the weather. Would definitely look to stay there again in the future.

! The views across the fields were lovely and the position of the lodge offered us some great private space, in a peaceful setting. The lodge itself was well presented, spacious, spotlessly clean, and full of all the amenities you’d need. The owners were very welcoming and attentive and had clearly put a lot of thought, care and attention into their holiday rental business (the welcome pack on arrival, and the box of chocs on departure were really nice touches!

The Lodge had everything and with far reaching views near to the town of Bodmin. The owner was very welcoming and helpful with nothing to much trouble. You are within easy reach of places fo visit and plenty of places to eat and drink. I would definitely recommend this place and we hope to return for a second stay in ghe future.

Holly Lodge was very nice and provided lovely views over the fields to Bodmin. It provided a good base to visit The Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan as well as being ideally suited to visit both Cornish coasts. The lodge itself was very clean and tidy and provided everything we needed. We would stay again if visiting the area.

Alan “We've been taking regular self-catering holidays for over 40 years, many with our children on board in their younger days, so we have significant experience of these holidays, both in the UK and abroad.”
We will go as far as to say that this was probably the best accommodation we've ever had. Owners were really helpful and friendly. Everything you could have possibly wanted in self-catering accommodation was there and was spotlessly clean. The cabin was spacious, warm and comfortable, with beautiful rural views. For anyone seeking a peaceful, rural escape, this would be absolutely ideal.

Maddison “Had a lovely stay in the Holly Lodge, everything we could think of was provided, even a cream tea for when we arrived!”
We came on a rainy week however that didn’t even spoil the views. We were positioned on the top of the farm with an outstanding view of Bodmin. It’s located perfectly, less than 10 minute drive to all the supermarkets and Bodmin centre. Jill greeted us upon arrival and made us aware of local places to visit and was just delightful. Lodge was incredible, warm and cosy at night and couldn’t fault a thing about it. We don’t usually stay in a place twice but will definitely look at coming back here in the future. On our last full day we came back from a trip out to a box of chocolates and a bag to put our dirty linen in, all very organised and can’t thank them enough for everything they have provided us with. Always made us aware that nothing was too much trouble for them! We especially enjoyed the swing ball in the garden, had multiple games which was a throwback to our childhood.

The accommodation is spacious, beautifully furnished and with amazing views over the countryside. The owner, Jill, was very friendly and helpful. The location, near Bodmin, is ideal for touring north, south, east and west Cornwall. A very enjoyable holiday.

! The place itself was lovely and comfortable and had everything we needed for our week long stay. The surroundings were beautiful and we loved waking up to the amazing view. The swing ball set was also such a fun added bonus, although my partner and I did get a bit competitive!! We felt like we could truly relax whilst staying here. Also, the owners were so lovely and attentive and left lovely little touches around the lodge whilst we were there. We couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay, we were completely over the moon!! I'd highly recommend this place to anyone wishing to explore Cornwall :)

We are very, very happy about everything. Beautiful place, amazing view, very peaceful and green. We felt spoiled, the lodge is very comfortable and spacious, very clean and you find there anything you need. The weather was not too good, but even so we enjoyed watching tv and just chill out. The owners are lovely and I would like to tell them a big THANK YOU for everything. I would recommend it with all my heart to anyone who want to escape from the big cities.

The lodges are well designed and cleverly set out in landscaped areas that ensure privacy for each one along with some outside space. The owners, who also run the farm, are very friendly and helpful.

Gillian “What you can't appreciate about this lodge and its description, is its setting which is absolutely lovely and so peaceful.”
It is set in its own grounds in beautiful countryside. but is quite private. The lodge was very comfortable inside with a huge bed and outside was well provided for with comfortable sun loungers and all you needed for al fresco dining. Even outdoor games were available. The family who own the lodges are very friendly and welcoming. The scones, clotted cream and jam , left for us on arrival were a thoughtful touch. There is plenty to do locally, Bodmin and Lanhydrock are 2 miles away and the North coast is 15 miles away, the South Coast 12.

The cottage was in perfect order, with even fresh flowers to greet our arrival. The hostess, Jill, had thought of every possible thing to make a stay absolutely perfect - there is nothing we could have asked for extra. Even the little garden shed had extras, like cushions for the outside chairs, a hoover - though we weren't expected to clean - and the bbq. In the house everything imaginable was provided from tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper to washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, soaps, shampoos, to tea towels, dishclothes, plenty of towels, even an anti-slip mat for the bath, and last but not least not forgetting the wonderful cream tea that awaited us and fresh milk in the fridge. I've probably forgotten things, but absolutely nothing was missing. We couldn't be more satisfied. The owners are definitely out to make your stay as totally perfect and happy as possible.

The property
Ideally located for touring all of Cornwall, this spacious Baltic pine lodge is set on a working farm amongst beautiful rolling countryside two miles from the small village of Lanivet which is known to be the centre of the county with access to both north and south coasts.
With a well-equipped kitchen in the cosy fully insulated and centrally heated living room all your home comforts are catered for.
There is a large bedroom with zip and link beds giving you the option of a king-size double or two single beds with a luxurious en suite bathroom with a welcoming bath after a day walking on the moors or cycling on one of the many trails in the area.
Outside the full width verandah together with a patio and built in barbecue are all designed for your comfort giving you the opportunity to take in the stunning far-reaching views.

LANIVET
Bodmin 5 miles.
A small village just to the west of Bodmin, Lanivet is a collection of picturesque properties, an award-winning fish and chip restaurant, a pub and a few shops. The main town in the area is Bodmin, with its shopping centre and local attractions of the Bodmin and Wenford Railway, the Camel cycle trail, and the Bodmin Jail with its courtroom experience. Close by are Bodmin Moor, the National Trust’s Lanhydrock House and Gardens for walking and cycling, as well as the magnificent Eden Project. Cornwall’s northern surfing coast and beaches are some twelve miles away, and the south coast is eight miles away. With good communication links on the doorstep to all parts of Cornwall, Lanivet is an ideal location for touring or for a simply relaxing Cornish break.
