What a lovely place to stay.
Right in the centre of Cornwall. You can get to the north or south coast in about 30min. Spotless clean. Plenty of parking and they take dogs, with a secure back garden that includes a table and chairs with a BBQ. While we were there we see lots be of rabbits and a deer in the back garden/fields. Boot and utility room with shower should you come back from a wet muddy day. Large modern kitchen and dining table. 3 lounge areas. (Downstairs for chilling more like a bat cave with a big TV) The two on ground floor could do with an extra 2 seater couch so you can all sit together in the evenings. 4 large bedrooms (2 ensuit). 3 double beds and 1 with bunk beds. (I would rather two single beds so we put one mattress on the floor as no one wanted to climb up) All in all if you want to explore Cornwall with a big family you could not find a better place. Don’t let the proximity of the A30 bother you as you can hardly hear it when windows open and not at all when they’re closed. The benefits of it being so near for travelling around far outweigh any possible noise.
Great property and no fuss.
Only thing I would say is probably need a bigger area on the ground floor for a 'sit and chill' area. As a group of 7 we ended up just on the kitchen table in the evenings / afternoon, which was not an issue for us as we weren't there to watch TV, but others may want to.
everything good BUT both bath too high for our elderly group also need disabled support such as handle on wall that enable us to climb ib and out of bath And need bath mat non-slip to ask us feel safe when having bath or shower will come back and stay again, thank you
