Upon entering your new holiday residence, ascend the stairs to the open-plan living area, which invites relaxation.

Once you’ve worked up an appetite, take advantage of the kitchen in your holiday home.

Utilise the electric oven and hobs to prepare a meal for everyone gathered around the dining table.

Our major extension and improvement scheme is well underway, and we are delighted to be welcoming guests throughout the remainder of the project. The works include a stunning new Function Suite (accommodating up to 120 persons), 10 new luxury bedrooms, and extensive new Wellbeing & Leisure facilities - including an Infinity Pool with a partially retractable glass roof, four Spa Treatment Rooms, and a beautiful Alfresco Dining Terrace with breathtaking views of Polurrian Cove and Mullion Island.
The main on-site works commenced in January 2026 and are scheduled for completion by March 2027. We have carefully planned each phase of the project to minimise disruption to your stay, and we will keep our guests and the local community fully updated as works progress.

Cornwall Seaside Villas

Cornwall Seaside Villas consist of an immaculate selection of six Villas resting in the tranquil village of Mullion of Cornwall. This collection offers stunning sea views from balconies and access to onsite facilities that include heated swimming pools, a tennis court, as well as a gym, making it a lovely base for a big family or large group of friends. The surroundings enjoy the immaculate Polurrian beach to take in the sun, with the sea rippling against your toes and the idyllic Meres Cliff for some hiking opportunities. If you don't fancy cooking, give the chef of the group a night off at one of the nearby eateries, such as the Polurrian on the Lizard for a pleasant atmosphere or the Mounts Bay Inn for some outside dining. Venture further afield to explore Lizard Point to have a group walk along the coastal path, taking in the wonderful views. Explore Kynance Cove for some amazing picture opportunities and to see captivating caves. Perhaps make your way to the nearby village of Helston for a brilliant day out viewing some friendly creatures at the Cornish Seal Sanctuary. Be sure to visit the Museum of Cornish Life to see some great exhibits or take a leisurely stroll along the Porthleven Harbour before stopping off for some traditional fish and chips. Falmouth is a longer distance away, but it makes for another day filled with joyous activities. Work as several teams to see who can get out first at Kernow Escape, check out the mammoth Pendennis Castle that was built by Henry VIII, or see lots of masterpieces at Falmouth Art Gallery. MULLION

Helston 5 miles; Lizard Point 5.5 miles.

Mullion is a large village on the Lizard Peninsula, five miles south of Helston and just over five miles from Lizard Point, the most southerly tip of mainland Britain. The village is home to a selection of popular restaurants, shops and pubs, Mullion Meadows Chocolate Factory and coffee shop, as well as Mullion Cove, a pretty working harbour. Helston is a pleasant busy market town famous for its Flora Day Festival and the many stories and legends about the "Furry Dance" are told in the fascinating Helston Folk Museum. Further afield is the harbour town of Falmouth to the east and Land's End to the west. Mullion is a wonderful holiday destination offering plenty of attractions for the whole family.
