The Little Net Loft is located in a quiet traffic free position at the back of a courtyard, with a set of granite steps leading to the entrance.
Internally, the property has been lovingly restored with great attention to detail, expressing a coastal theme with blue and white colours throughout.
Step into the living room, furnished with a cosy Morso woodburner with a slate hearth, along with rattan rugs, a sumptuous sofa and a Smart TV, providing a charming spot to unwind each evening.
Move into the kitchen, boasting a ceramic tiled floor and original period wall panelling, it houses all the essentials, including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and even a washing machine, ensuring you are fully equipped throughout your stay.
Retire to the bedroom, hosting a double bed and plenty of character, seen through the original granite wall and sash window, while the shower room has everything you need to prepare for the day.
Step outside and discover the small decked area, a tranquil spot to enjoy an evening beverage, while the harbour is only a few steps away where you can sit back and enjoy the colourful scene.
The village of Mousehole is a fabulous holiday location, offering a good range of amenities with several quality restaurants and pubs for dining out, as well as galleries and gift shops to browse.
It was originally a fishing village, and parking is limited to the approach roads, however a shared parking area is available next to The Little Loft for offloading and loading.
Once you’ve explored Mousehole, head to Penzance for a stroll through the well-kept Morrab Gardens or venture further afield to Marazion Beach where you can take on a thrilling adventure to St Michael’s Mount to explore the imposing castle and Old Dairy before grabbing a bite to eat at the Island Café.

From the minute we walked into Little Net loft we felt at home!
It was spotless and the welcome basket with sourdough and scones cream and jam and milk were a lovely touch! The only negative was a cracked tile in the bathroom, the owner said would get a bath May to put over but never arrived. But we just covered with a towel The location couldn’t have been better to explore the wonderful area!
Fantastic little loft , brilliant position and lovely accommodation.
We arrived on a very hot day & expected to be able to park & unload outside the property as stated the website but was confronted with a bollard which prevented me from doing so; this meant a great deal of agro trying to find somewhere to park nearby to unload.
Once unloaded we proceeded to air the property to cool it down. However, when opening the windows we discovered that the bedroom window is painted shut! This led me to move the dehumidifier from the lounge area to the bedroom which spilled water as I did so. Investigating why that was happening showed that the water collector was full to the brim having not been emptied in a very, very long time. Looking for some kitchen towel to wipe up the spilt water none was to be found, not even one roll left as a courtesy. I’m now on my knees wiping up water with toilet roll only to realise that as I wiped, the painted white floorboards were getting much whiter. There is a sign asking you to take off your shoes on the way in but given the filthy state of the floor, especially in the lounge from the inner door, I’d keep them on. Having then unpacked we realised that there is no freezer! This made life exceptionally difficult as we had expected to be able to keep frozen some food we had brought with us in cool boxes, as well as refreeze the ice packs for the journey home, & more importantly, ice for drinks in this exceptionally hot weather!! Our stay at this property meant we were here for the last of the World Cup which we would have liked to have enjoyed sitting together in the peace of this property but the tv is so pathetically small it made that a non starter. There is also an issue with the set of drawers in the bedroom in that the middle drawer appears to be partially broken meaning to open it everything on the top of the drawers ends up on the floor rendering it non useable. In the bathroom one wonders when the skylight or the shower cubicle were last properly cleaned & the basin & mirror must have been installed for midgets- not to mention the body wash kindly left….empty. What’s the point of that? There are also broken floor tiles in the bathroom n chipped flooring in the kitchen along with a rug in the bedroom trying to hide a heavily stained carpet! Awful. All in all a very poorly cleaned, maintained & appointed property, one that I would not return to or recommend anyone else to either.
