    “Lovely house!”

Very clean and tidy, with great technology and we felt safe and secure during our stay. Games Room in garage was fun and warm. Loads of room for 8 people (5 of us stayed), with room to move around inside and out. The extensive balconies were a welcome addition too. Great rear uninterrupted views, with nearby walks/cycle tracks to explore. We couldn't adjust the underfloor heating despite a supplied user manual, which made the home too warm during our stay! Speak to owners... The internet signal was weak, but understandable given the location. More mirrors and storage/wardrobes in bedrooms to do make-up, store clothes etc. suggested. A carpet/mat by lounge patio doors to keep floor clean and dry? An air fryer in kitchen also suggested. Constant main road noise at front and metal company at rear (weekdays), could be an issue for some if windows and or doors open. Hence 9/10 recommendation, if not used to general external noise. The large hot tub was a family favourite and cleaned/checked by owners every day and not overlooked! We didn't hear the neighbours at all despite being semi-detached. Overall a lovely home, in a great location (not withstanding the noise). Lovely hosts. Extremely comfortable with spacious rooms, clean, modern, fully equipped and above all, safe. Best holiday house we've ever stayed at!

Thank you for taking the time to complete your feedback. We were sorry to hear that you were unable to adjust the underfloor heating, had you contacted us at the time we would have been more than happy to either talk you through it or pop over to sort it for you. As you are aware the property is a three-storey house, so it is difficult to situate the WiFi router where you can access the internet on both the top floor plus outside on the patio area. We have taken on board your comments regarding a mat by the lounge patio doors and an air fryer for the kitchen. There is just the one bedroom in the house, which is too small to fit a wardrobe in, but we do have hooks on the wall for hanging clothes and a chest of drawers for storage. The noise from the main road can only be heard when you are at the front of the property, for example accessing your car. Majority of the outside space (seating, hot tub etc) is situated to the rear of the property, so you don't hear the noise of the road. Property Owner
