Larch Barn invites five visitors and three well-behaved canines to enjoy the perfect Cornish vacation.

It boasts a spacious first-floor open-plan living area, off-road parking, access to a nearby dog-walking field.

You can find three immaculately-presented bedrooms on the ground floor of your new home away from home after unloading your vehicle in the off-road parking area.

The first is a king-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom where you can indulge in a soak in the opulent freestanding bath, also featuring a large walk-in shower and WC; a twin and single can also be found on this floor, ideal for accommodating all types of sleeping arrangements.

A moderate sized bathroom with WC, sink and large walk-in shower enclosure, perfect for washing off the sand from your days at the beach, completes the ground floor.

As you climb the stairs to the first floor, you'll find a stunning open-plan living area where you can prepare, entertain, and enjoy mealtimes with loved ones.

Get comfortable using a superb choice of equipment, ready to whip up a culinary delight to be eaten at the dining table for five.

Why not go outside to a secluded outdoor area on balmy days to enjoy an alfresco affair?

When it gets dark outside, retire to a cosy sitting area and warm yourself by a wood burner so you can enjoy a movie marathon with your favourite foods.

After treating your loved ones to a hearty meal at one of the many pubs or restaurants in Helston, such as Wetherspoons, Henlys, Boo Koos, and both Chinese and Indian restaurants, if you can tear yourself away from this wonderful property, explore the Museum of Cornish Life.

There is also a Tesco, Sainsburys and Lidl, and a range of local stores perfect for stocking up on the necessities.

Whilst there, take the opportunity to visit the Lizard Point and be the most southerly person in mainland Britain.

Larch Barn is a perfect starting point for your Cornish vacation because it is conveniently located to explore Falmouth, where you can find Pendennis Castle, the National Maritime Museum, and the Falmouth Art Gallery.

Helston lies at the western gateway to the Lizard Peninsula, a large area of downland fringed by a beautiful and spectacular coastline. Helston is a pleasant busy market town famous for it's Flora Day Festival and the many stories and legends about the "Furry Dance" are told in the fascinating Helston Folk Museum. Nestled in a tranquil setting is the National Seal Sanctuary on the Helford River, where there is plenty of entertainment watching seals play and feed. If it is thrill rides that excites you, then Flambards theme park will keep you amused all day and also has excellent living history experiences. Further afield is the harbour town of Falmouth to the east and Land's End to the west. Helston is a wonderful holiday destination offering plenty of attractions for the whole family. By car reach numerous outstanding beaches, including Porthleven Beach, Praa Sands Beach, and Gunwalloe Church Cove Beach, with Loe Bar offering a dog-friendly landscape, along with the chance to join the stunning Cornish coastal path.
