Great location for exploring the area.

Comfortable accommodation and every thing you need for a week away. Having two barthrooms was great for a family and having a tv in each main room was a added bonus.

Was a lovely place to stay would definitely stay again the only problem was the front door to the property was very hard to open needs fixing

Lovely flat, very spacious, ideal for Porth beach, dog loved it!

Flat has everything you need including hairdryer (I couldnt find this in listing and for some of us its important!). TV is smart and one in every room! Comfy beds and sofas, nice for relaxing after a long day. If you need local food and drink there is a nice pizza place 4 mins up the road (Tallo) and the Mermaid pub next to the beach. It's easy to walk into Newquay via the costal path and there is a bus stop close the accommodation if you don't want to walk. Very good for exploring the area too.

Beautiful appartment - everything you could ever want

We had a wonderful time at 28 Zenith.

It was a lovely apartment, clean, tidy and even better than we had hoped.

Perfect location, 2 minute walk from beach.

The apartment was clean, modern and equipped with everything we needed. Towels and bed linen were fresh, clean and white. Lovely sea view. Good parking and easy access. Would highly recommend.

Well equipped and spotlessly clean. Bus stop right outside making visits to watergate bay, mawnan porth and padstow very easy. Didn’t use the car all week. Beautiful walk into Newquay along the beach most of the way at low tide. Couldn’t recommend this apartment enough. Hoping to return

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful apartment.

The location is fantastic. Directly opposite Whipsiderry beach (which was sadly inaccessible during our stay, due to rock falls) and within easy walking distance to Porth and Watergate Bay. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped, (the only thing missing for me was a cafetière). The beds were really comfy and it was quiet. The little balcony was perfect for sitting out and enjoying the sea view. I would recommend 28 Zenith and would love to return.

Instructions for white goods would be helpful

The apartment had everything we needed and it’s in a great location for exploring Cornwall.

We had a lovely coastal walk to Watergate Bay from the apartment. The parking was convenient and all communication was very good.

Fabulous location for us and the dog, don’t forget your dogs are allowed on Porth beach until July

What a lovely spacious apartment, would definitely recommend and return. The location is ideal and very central and loved the extra TVs in the bedrooms!! The sea view is perfect and so close to all amenities. The apartment is well stocked and very home from home, we've had some bad places we've stayed, so always a bit unsure about booking somewhere new, so I know this will mean a lot to someone who is booking for the first time. Well done this apartment is a gem and we can't wait to return.

It was really spacious and ideal location to where my friends lived.

It was a great place to stay. Having two bathrooms was also brill as kids had one and adults the other. Getting my car out of the underground garage was really difficult and it was a blessing number 17 was not in residence otherwise I am unsure how I would have got my car out. The description regarding the apartment is under rated as does not mention TV’s in both bedrooms, a washer/dryer, an Xbox with loads of games and a dishwasher. I was very impressed with the facilities and kitchen appliances. Huge fridge/ freezer and lots of cupboard space.

The premises were great, spacious clean, well equipped & comfortable.

Fridge freezer was awesome. Were some minor issues but nothing major. Loved the amount of parking space & the wetsuit/surfboard cage in the garage.

Great location and well equipped.

The only thing I would say is to take your own pillows, we bought some cheap ones while there but other than that it was perfect for what we needed. Access to the parking garage is quite narrow and down a big ramp! We opted to park on the road instead but I could see this being an issue during peak season.

We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment was in the perfect loction for exploring Cornwall .

Probably to let people know how tight the parking is under the apartments.

It was a good job we didn’t go in my car as not sure it would have got in. But great point that it was secure. Also let people know how steep the walk is up from the beach to the apartments. But great instructions, great apartment and Tv etc, great location.

The property we stayed in was fantastic very clean and had everything you would need.

The location was perfect for us and we had a great holiday.
