Lovely, beautiful, relaxing accommodation in the town of Fowey, easy walking distance to pubs, cafes & restaurants.

Property Owner Andy really really helpful. Great walks around the area, with lots of things to do in the area for all ages.

Great location and a well organised house.

All rooms and beds were very comfortable. The living space is roomy and bright. Most impressed by the extremely well appointed kitchen and little homely touches around the place.

What a fabulous place to stay! The house is so comfortable, perfectly situated and well equipped. We couldn't recommend it more. Fowey is a great little town, with its own little beach and an extensive array of restaurants and shops, not to mention bakeries, cafes and the best fish finger sandwiches from Capt Hank's food truck. And easy access to many other Cornish gems.

Beautiful, Victorian house overlooking the river Fowey.

Clean, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Welcome flowers, milk in the fridge, wine and bag of food treats lovely touch and appreciated. House super location for exploring Fowey and the surrounding area. We were able to leave our car in the carpark and do some wonderful walks from the property. The owner checked in with us via text to make sure we had everything we required on a couple of occasions.

We had a wonderful multi-generational family holiday in Fowey over Easter, and it couldn’t have been more relaxing.

The house was spotlessly clean when we arrived, which immediately set the tone for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was a real highlight—spacious, well-equipped, and perfect for cooking big family meals and gathering together. With all ages under one roof, it was great to have plenty of space to unwind. We spent cosy evenings watching films together, which everyone loved. During the day, we enjoyed mooching around the charming town of Fowey, soaking up the atmosphere and taking things at a gentle pace. A trip to the Eden Project was another standout moment—such an interesting and enjoyable day out for all generations. Overall, it was a lovely, easy-going Easter break with plenty of quality family time. We’d happily return.

The house is comfortable and warm; the perfect place to stay for our winter break. We really appreciated the well equipped kitchen, which made self-catering a breeze, and the comfortable beds. The communication and information prior to our stay was helpful and reassuring. It was also lovely to arrive and find a few essential provisions as a welcome- these personal touches give such a positive start to your holiday. We had a wonderful week at 21, Passage Street.

Accommodation was top-notch with just about everything we needed. Owner kindly provided champagne glasses on request when we mentioned we were celebrating a birthday and an anniversary. My only grumble would be the over-bright master bedroom at night owing to the street light outside. As a light sleeper I prefer a dark room so would liked the option of a black-out bliind. Would definitely come back to this gorgeous house - so much to do in and around Fowey. Thank you for letting us share your gorgeous property.

Wow!

What a lovely place to stay in a gorgeous part of the world. Description and photos don’t do it justice as the flow through the downstairs layout makes for a really relaxing space to have quality family time. The very well appointed kitchen makes catering a joy as does the large central table to sit, eat and chat. Comfy sofas and a wood burning stove finish it off nicely. Bedrooms are great with lovely views from the front two and like the house were spotless on arrival. Location for town and car park to go out and explore are spot on too. Thank you so much, we’d love to come back again.

Passage 21 was the perfect bolt hole for us.

It's position on the edge of Fowey with a such a short walk to all the amenities was just what we needed. There is everything you need in Fowey to not have to leave at all, especially as the house is such a sanctuary. Communication with the property owner was responsive and helpful. The welcome gift was a lovely touch and the house had everything we needed. The tranquil views of the river from upstairs everchanging. Even in high season and att he end of Regatta week, we still managed to park and used the Just Park app to make this stress-free. We would love to return.

Location is great for access to Fowey. Great views from both front bedrooms. Pillows we're the most comfortable we've ever had!

The house was very comfortable, especially for a family of four with grown up children (some places we've stayed don't have big enough living areas). The house was spotless and beds comfy. Welcome pack was a nice touch. The hosts couldn't have been more helpful.

....it was everything we could have wished for and more........blessed with beautiful weather and azure blue skies. The cottage was very well prepared, super clean, and very well equipped. Fowey is charming with its little streets, and many attractive artistic shops. ......a world away from the hassle of our normal lives. Am sure we will be tempted back to No 21 !!

Just returned from our first stay in Fowey and a week at 21 Passage Street.

Both were brilliant! The accommodation was perfect for our family of 5 (us and 3 active boys in their late teens) - beautifully furnished, comfy beds, kitchen stocked with all you need if (like us) you eat in a few nights and need to cook big meals, great location and blissful views. Information pack on local things to do was much used and appreciated - as was welcome gift pack and fresh flowers waiting for us on arrival. Would highly recommend Lantic Bay beach, kayaking up river to Lerryn (takes longer than you think!), burgers at Sam's and Football Golf just outside St.Austell! Great accomodation!

21 Passage St is an ideal place to base yourself to explore Fowey and beyond.

The house itself is extremely well equipped, kitchen has everything we needed, and more we didn't know we needed. The welcome pack was amazing, so much so we brought Cornwall Coffee home with us! It was cleaned to a very high standard. Location wise is ideal, not too far from the car park. We will definitely be back

A beautiful house in a great location.

About a 5 minute walk into the main town with lots of pubs & cafes. Easy parking at Caffa Mill 2 minutes away. Great communication with Andy & Michelle & a generous welcome hamper. Wonderful walks straight from the door & easy access to the rest of Cornwall. Would highly recommend & we hope to return.

This was our 13th time in Fowey and 21 Passage St is without doubt one of the best properties we have stayed in.

The house had a great layout, super comfy beds & bed linen and everything you could need in the kitchen. Definitely be back.

Communication with Andy and Michelle was fantastic and they made the holiday special before we’d even arrived. We had such a beautiful welcome pack and the views are just magical. The house is warm and cosy, and it has everything that you could possibly need during your stay. The beds are very comfortable and the location is so peaceful. I could go on and on about the positives but they are endless. We loved this house and we loved our holiday. We will definitely be returning. Thank you Andy and Michelle.

This was a lovely New Year time with the family and 21 Passage Street was exactly what we were hoping for.

The facilities were perfect for us, very spacious. The beds were very comfortable and the front bedrooms had dreamy views over the estuary to Bodinnick. We really appreciated the welcome Christmas hamper that Andy & Michelle had provided. The weather also behaved itself sufficient to permit a NYD morning swim at Readymoney Cove. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer.

Andy and Michelle were very welcoming and accommodating and the property is stunning.

This house was really a home from home, every little detail had been thought of and it is obvious that the owners really care about their guests being comfortable and well looked after.

The house is right in the thick of things, close to parking but also quiet and secluded. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay 10/10.

A really lovely, spacious property, great location and a much appreciated welcome pack on arrival.

It has everything you need with probably the best stocked kitchen out of the many properties we have stayed in. Beds extremely comfortable and the main shower was excellent. Communication from the owners was first class and they are doing a fantastic job in their first year of owning the property. I challenge anyone staying here to find fault. Out and about, a meal in Sam’s is recommended and a couple of afternoons in The Ship Inn will relax you (music and pub quiz on a Sunday as well as a fantastic roast).

This is probably one of the most well equipped houses we have stayed in, in terms of crockery/cutlery/glasses etc.

Also, fantastically situated in the village of Fowey. The house itself was amazing, very clean and cosy, a real home from home. We would definitely recommend the house to anyone. Andy and Michelle were amazing hosts, and kept in constant contact, even providing a birthday cake and a fab welcome pack for our arrival. We are already missing the amazing river views from the bedrooms :-(!

As lovely as it would be to keep 21 Passage Street a little secret to ourselves it would be unfair.

We couldn’t fault it in any way and Andy (the owner) went out of his way to make our stay really special. So we really couldn’t recommend the cottage highly enough.

Recent renovations made have shifted it to 5 star status in our opinion Communication with host was great with speedy response and friendly enquiries made to ensure all was going well for us . Would recommend without hesitation . As an aside the welcome pack was much appreciated!

I suggest you change your photos of the downstairs as they dont do it justice and make the kitchen look dark which it isnt

Beds and linen comfortable, great large bathroom. Helpful to have tea,coffee,milk for arrival. Really kind to have remembered we were staying to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday. Easy walk to the car park and into the town which has a lovely selection of shops,pubs and good restaurants.

Very pleased with our recent return to 21 passage street (formerly Panacea).

The property is very well located and its good to see the high standard of internal furnishings have been maintained. No doubt we will be returning again. Also very positive engagement with the new owners who were more than helpful and ensured we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

We had a wonderful break that exceeded our expectations.

A lovely home from home property.

Excellent location, really well equiped with comfortable beds. We walked the coast path most days. The number 25 bus was an excellent service and at only £2 each a ticket we were able to leave the car behind.

The house is well located for Fowey and has everything you need for a great week.

The house has plenty of space and the main lounge/kitchen area fitted well with what you want for a family break. Fowey is a lovely place and we hope to return in the future.

Such a homely and inviting property with everything and everyone catered for, there really wasn't anything else we could have needed or wished for. Such a lovely welcome with lots of helpful information about the property and surrounding area. Everything was spotless and so calming looking out to the beautiful sea.
