We enjoyed our stay at number 10.
It was early October and we were lucky with the weather, able to sit out on the deck watching the ducks, fish and the numerous birds, all very peaceful and relaxing. The hot tub water was being changed when we arrived, so good to know that happens between guests and they came every day to check it. The property is very cosy, although the double bed became a little uncomfortable after 5 nights! It is looking a little dated in places, notably the solid wood worktops in the kitchen. The tap pressure is rather fierce, maybe turning that down would stop water shooting everywhere! Would recommend this place though for a ''get away from it all'' break.

Lodge was great, all the comforts you need. It was very serene to watch the wildlife by while enjoying the porch and hot tub. I would highly recommend this place! Thank you
Op het eerste gezicht een fantastische accommodatie, de ligging, de sfeer van het huisje en de locatie aan het meer zijn geweldig!
Keuken redelijk compleet. Het bubbelbad is een grote plus en de rust van het meer is heerlijk. Als je verder kijkt zijn er aardig wat verbeterpunten in onderhoud en hygiene; de geur in het huis (bedompt, schimmelgeur), de rubbers van de koelkast waren beschimmeld, uit alle kasten kwam schimmelgeur, de matrassen van de bedden zijn slecht, je voelt de vering erdoorheen, de deurknop van de badkamer viel op dag 1 al van de deur af, de jaloezieën voor de ramen sluiten niet voldoende en laten veel licht door en de deuren sluiten moeizaam omdat de deurknoppen gammel zijn. Helaas was onze ervaring bij het restaurant ook niet top, zeer beperkte kaart, er waren geen pizza's of pasta's te krijgen. Wij hebben daarom voor de cheeseburger gekozen die matig in elkaar zat en vrij smaakloos was. De rekening was aan de hoge kant en bedroeg EUR 135. Al met al zijn we een dag eerder richting huis vertrokken. De locatie is absoluut geweldig, maar dat is het dan ook, voor ons geen 2e keer.
