With serene countryside views and a sunken hot tub on the deck, it’s an easy choice for couples, families or friends wanting fresh air by day and proper relaxation by night.

Step inside and you’ll find a bright, generously proportioned interior designed for comfortable, year-round stays.

The open-plan living space invites you to sink into the plush sofas, switch on the TV and unwind after a day on the coast.

Large windows frame the rolling farmland beyond, keeping that connection to nature front and centre.

The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped for stress-free self-catering, whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast before heading out or a hearty evening meal to enjoy around the dining table.

When it’s time to turn in, choose between a king-size bedroom complete with en-suite shower room and dressing area, or a welcoming twin ideal for children or additional guests.

Soft linens, quality mattresses and thoughtful touches ensure everyone wakes refreshed and ready to explore.

Outside, the private decking is made for slowing down.

Sink into the hot tub, set neatly into the deck for added shelter, and soak up the far-reaching valley views.

It’s the sort of spot where mornings start with birdsong and evenings end under clear, starry skies.

The Old Mill Bar & Restaurant sits at the heart of the park, just a short stroll away, serving wood-fired pizzas, family favourites and signature cocktails in a relaxed lakeside setting.

The friendly onsite team are always on hand, helping everything run smoothly from arrival to departure.

Beyond the park, you’re perfectly placed to explore South East Cornwall’s highlights.

Looe offers a bustling harbour, sandy beach and boat trips, while Polperro charms with its narrow streets and fishing heritage.

Fowey’s independent shops and ferry to Polruan make a lovely day out.

Walkers can join the South West Coast Path for dramatic sea views, or head inland to Lanhydrock House, Golitha Falls or the wild landscape of Bodmin Moor.

About the location

LANREATH

Pelynt 2 miles; Looe 5 miles; Polperro 6 miles.

Lanreath is a village in southeast Cornwall, five miles west of Looe. Lanreath is rural in character with a local shop and Post Office as well as a parish church. There are a number of ghost stories associated with Lanreath. The best-known features a ghost in black driving a coach pulled by a headless horse. Nearby Pelynt is home to a parish church, a number of local shops and pubs, especially the Jubilee Inn, which was an original farmhouse dating back to the 16th Century. Looe is Cornwall’s second largest fishing port and hence there is always a lively maritime bustle around the quay area of East Looe, which is connected to the quieter West Looe by a seven arched 19th century bridge over the River Looe. The sandy Looe beach adjoins the pier and is very popular with families because of its safe shallow swimming and vast expanse of sand. Polperro is a little further away and is a historic fishing village nestling at the head of a long valley leading down to the sea. With plenty of areas to visit, Lanreath is a quiet, pleasant place offering easy access to the coast, the moors, National Trust properties and Cornwall's famous gardens.
