“Overall, the property was quite excellently presented, it was clean, warm and welcoming when we arrived.”
The hamper of goodies was particularly interesting, the bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was neat and inviting. Tanya was most welcoming in her texts, and made sure we were settled in and was able to offer advice via text when we needed help.
Without wishing to complain, we both are pensioners and found the sofas in the living room far too low and without adequate back support, but I think that is an 'us' problem more than a 'you' problem. My laptop was unable to link to the hub, although our iPads and phones linked ok. For some reason we could only watch you tube on the tv in the lounge, and could not get anything to link and work on the bedroom tv. I am computer literate and can manage most modern technology, so I am not sure what the issue was.
I would like to repeat that we had a fabulous time staying at 15 The Moors, and would like to return in the future. Five stars, recommended.
