What guests are saying
Duncan was so friendly, accommodating and helpful, the kitchen well equipped, and the bed extremely comfortable with nice linens.
Wonderful shower as well! We tried three times to "contact host" with an important question we needed an answer to before setting out on our journey, but never heard back, which was disappointing. I'd have liked to see sharper knives (I'm a foodie, like to cook, and it was difficult to chop anything), recycling facilities (feels very uncomfortable to be throwing everything in the bin!) and I'd like to see more of the actual amenities listed on the site such as the iron, hair dryer, drying rack, etc. Loved being able to sit outside to eat, but the garden felt a bit needing of some love/colour/car, etc. Very handy location for the village too. We really liked the open concept and in the heatwave the place stayed nice and cool. We personally would prefer and comfy sofa to the two armchairs. We like to cuddle up when we watch a film or sit together.
