The property was lovely very tasteful decor really nice bedrooms wonderful views really nice personal touch fudge on the tabe when we arrived.

Every where was spotlessly clean. Would definately recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at The Boat House.

Its scenic location on the River Fowey and the perfect little garden with views of the estuary were ideal. The Boat House is situated less than 10 minutes from Fowey and close to plenty of beautiful sandy beaches, giving us lots to do without having to travel very far. Judith and Chris were wonderful hosts. They were very welcoming and always happy to answer any questions we had. We shall be back!

Having at first thinking the property looked really nice, we found that the upstairs part of the accommodation was very nice and comfy the lower part which is where the bedrooms and bathroom are located was not quite so good, the whole area was damp and musky with paint peeling off the walls at ground level.

The beds were not very comfortable and the head frames banging against the walls every time you moved.On the whole the lower ground floor was very damp, cold and musky,
