Keith “Nice location and views.”
Property requires a lot of maintenance 3 or 4 fogged double glazing units, loft hatch frame looks well rotten(hate to think what is behind). Shower room stinks of blocked drains, which it has especially the sink. kitchen tall food store cupboard bottom of it looks never been cleaned. Used 1/2 bottle of bleach getting rid of black mould in the shower and drain. Too much bedding clutter partially filling bedroom clothing cupboards.. Garden hedges need a trim and weeding.

Thank you for your feedback. I was disappointed to hear that that you had problems as all my other reviews have been so positive. I did have someone to clean and check the property over the day before you went and friends stayed the week before who were over with moon with Treetops and did not report any problems when I asked them. If you had let me know there were any problems with the drains I would have asked the maintenance man to look at them. Unfortunately guests do put wet wipes down them and fat. I appreciate I have sheets in the top part of the wardrobe, that is in case you need to change them. The loft is constantly used by engineers who check on the boiler and solar panels. There is nothing else in the loft. The gardener is due this week, foliage grows very fast in Cornwall. I have brand new windows in the lounge and kitchen but have noted that the window in the second bedroom has begun to mist which I will deal with. This is very recent so I appreciate you pointing this out. I have sent your comments to the cleaner who is meticulous with cleaning cupboards and as I went in the day you left I could not find any issues you mentioned. I hope otherwise you enjoyed the good weather and the very friendly and sociable place Property Owner
