Mimi's Cottage

A very enjoyable week at mimis.

Cottage was comfortable,spotlessly clean and well equiped. A good location for visiting NT properties or the coast. Owners were very friendly and helpful. The village was very nice with a lovely pub serving very good food. Hope to return in the near future.

This was our 2nd stay at Mimi’s Cottage and it was just perfect.

The owners are very welcoming and friendly. The cottage itself is spotlessly clean, well equipped and in a great location for places to visit. I would thoroughly recommend this property

Terrific place.

Comfortable, relaxing, perfectly kitted out. 10 minute walk to Carnglaze, 10-15 minutes to pub and shop. Great situation on Bodmin Moor for car trips. No light pollution so even slept better than at home! Friendly, helpful owners when you needed them. Would definitely like to return.

I just wish Mimi’s cottage was nearer to Lancashire in order to visit more often. Facilities were first class and the property is well maintained. To anyone wishing a peaceful and beautiful holiday, you could do no better. The A38 seems to be the best means of access to the property under PL14 6QN.

Mimis cottage was a wonderful base for exploring Cornwall.

With a lovely location. The accommodation was so homely with a log burner and very well equipped kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return. The London inn is also a great place to go for an amazing meal especially the pie.

The cottage has everything you need to enjoy your stay and the local pub made us feel welcome with a good choice of beer and excellent food. We would highly recommend and we will definitely book again.

Stunning little cottage in great location,would definitely stay again

The cottage was beautifully furnished and equipped and its location was ideal for a very relaxing and peaceful holiday.

Its ideal for visiting places such as Fowey, Looe, Polpero and St Austell. You can also catch the train form Liskeard to Truro and St. Ives. The pub in the village is lovely and services good food.

A lovely comfortable and very clean cottage.

The owner contacted me prior to our stay with clear travelling instructions and useful information about the property. She also included suggested places to visit nearby and recommended places to eat out which helped us to plan our stay in Cornwall. Despite the bad weather we had a lovely holiday in Cornwall and it was good to return to a warm cottage after a day out.

Dit is een heel mooi, luxe uitgerust en zeer comfortabel vakantiehuisje als je van de rust houdt.

Zeer vriendelijk ontvangen door de gastvrouw en gastheer en een flesje wijn in de koeling. Mooi redelijk centraal gelegen in Cornwall. Van hieruit zijn alle winstreken te bezoeken over schitterende wegen.

The pretty cottage was spotlessly clean and cosy and had everything there that we needed. There is plenty to see and do in the area. Jill and Andy, the owners were very welcoming and helpful. We would definitely recommend this lovely property.

The owner called round to check we were ok and had every thing we wanted ,she had even emailed us before we arrived with ideas for local walks ect as quite a few things were still closed.

The cottage was the perfect place to unwind but also to visit local beauty spots.

The cottage was spotless and easy to keep clean and in a beautiful location. I would highly recommend it to family and friends and hope to return some day.
