Nice place, liked it alot, Only thing I didn't like was given 2 sacks for us to take of the bed sheets of duvet, For the price I paid I was shocked that I had todo that chor, Found it rather rude to be honest,

Lovely place.

Spacious for a family of 4 with 3 nice sized bedrooms and a big open living space upstairs. Well appointed. Lovely location on the edge of a little village. Also close to national trust beaches (Lantic Bay) which were very special and other interesting things. Owners were very responsive and helpful if we needed them. Would highly recommend. Only small thing was that dogs couldn't run free in the backyard because of ponds etc but not a big issue for us.

We spent a great week staying at Lily Cottage.

The cottage was very clean and comfortable and the owner was extremely helpful and quick to respond when we had a query. We were able to relax in the cottage but also appreciated its location as we were able to visit lots of places in the local area. I would definitely stay here again - thank you!

We had a wonderful week at Lily cottage a perfect retreat.

Very quiet and relaxing. Our children loved the barn owl camera and were lucky enough to see the 3 baby owls as well as the parents feeding them. Amazing! If I had to offer improvement advice I would say the dishwasher was a bit smelly so we didn't use it but honestly we were so sad to leave and my daughter was crying. Pickle the pug also had a lovely week. Thank you Shiobhan and family.

A beautiful cottage set within lovely grounds and in a perfect location quiet and peaceful with walking distance to convenience store and local pub.

This is a beautiful, well equipped holiday cottage, set in gorgeous share grounds and within easy reach of Looe and Polperro.

The owl cam was a real treat, with 3 chicks and two adults in the nest we could have spent the whole holiday watching them. We'd done a lot of advance planning, but the information folder gave us some local recommendations that we're really glad we didn't miss out on. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for the owners (tick removal included) and we had a fabulous stay. It just wasn't long enough!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Good location to get places. Really clean and well equipped. The host was friendly and on hand to answer questions etc. One of our high spots was to watch the nesting owls in the roof linked up to the television. Will be back.

Lily cottage has been set up and provided with the highest quality facilities, decor and equipment.

The interior has been spared no expense and location and grounds provide the ideal environment for guests and pets alike. The owners were attentive and receptive and nothing was too much trouble. We hope to revisit next year.

This is a wonderful self catering cottage, we couldn't fault it, beautifully decorated, warm and comfortable and made even more enjoyable with the barn owls webcam which we watched continually.

Lily cottage is a comfortable, well furnished and equipped cottage situated in a beautiful setting.

We enjoyed watching the owl at dusk on the owl cam.The owners are friendly and very helpful.

Cardwen Farm is an amazing place, the pictures on the website don't do it justice.

The owners, Sibohan and her family including Archie the dog made us feel real welcome from day one. Location was excellent with many local beaches such as Lantic Bay, Lansollos Bay and Plaidy Beach. Will definitely be returning.

The owners were so helpful even allowing us to charge our electric car over night.

We had baby Owls in the roof and the camera that the owners had placed in the roof allowed to watch the Owls via the T.V. The location was so peaceful and yet close to all amenities. It was a really good place to stay.

Absolutely beautiful,well kept and lovely gardens,comfortable ,clean and attractive cottage well equipped and welcoming,Siobhan and Clive and will were really lovely as was Archie thier little dog, Had a wonderful time,sad to come home.

Cardwen Farm is a great location, the grounds are beautiful and peaceful with great access to the coast path a short drive away and Looe and Polperro nearby. Lily Cottage is spacious and comfortable and has the added treat of the owl cam! Fabulous. A special place and special people.

The Lily cottage site is a beautiful, out-of-the-way farm.

We had a lovely relaxed holiday and the children enjoyed the space and exploring the grounds. Clive and Siobhan are fantastic hosts and always around to answer questions. The cottage is cosy and comfortable and beautifully decorated. Everything you could want.

We had a lovely stay in Lily Cottage and made to feel very welcome .

It was beautifully clean and well equipped. We were able to explore the local area easily which was stunning. The owl cam was an added bonus , we loved watching them every evening!

We had a very good week thanks to our friendly and attentive hosts.

We found their cottage very comfortable and well equipped however, we would like to raise a couple of small points as suggestions for further improvement: we feel a little more attention to the finer detail e.g. dust on all flat surfaces was apparent - probably due to the regular use of log burner; de-frosting of freezer & disposal of previous users food stuffs. There was certainly more than enough books and toys to entertain occupiers on a rainy day - even a resident owl for watching on the TV screen!

Lovely welcome from the owners, personally showing us in and explaining the 'workings' and also with a scrumptious plate of scones, cream and jam!

Lily cottage was more spacious than we had thought and very well equipped, just great. Our dog received a welcome too and with outside space it was a very relaxing place. Live feed from an owl box onto the TV was mesmerising, We would definitely revisit and wish these new owners every success.

The owners were there to greet us and could not be more welcoming. We had a very lazy chilled out week and fortunately the weather was perfect for September. We would recommend this cottage to couples or families wanting a quiet get away Holliday.

Special touches such as fresh flowers, a Cornish tea and fresh laid eggs were much appreciated. A beautiful spot not too far off the main road, so good access for other areas in Cornwall. Would have no hesitation in recommending this cottage to others.

Lily Cottage was very comfortable and the grounds the cottages are in are so relaxing.

The hosts are very accommodating and the cottage is situated well for visiting all parts of Cornwall. The Owl TV was amazing to watch and all in all made our stay memorable, we will be back. We didn't take a dog but it is very dog friendly.

A lovely tranquil rural location ideally situated for exploring SE Cornwall and adjacent parts of Devon.

Our trips out included Talland Bay with cliff-top walk to Polperro, Looe, Seaton, Plymouth Hoe and Barbican, Morwhellam Quay, Lantic Bay, Cawsands, Antony House, Polruan and Fowey. Cottage very comfortable. Owners very friendly and helpful.

This was a really great cottage and has been one of our favourites, there was a warm welcome from the owners and their beautiful friendly dog.

Set in the peace and quiet of a beautiful garden over flowing with Camila bushes. We intend to go back later in the year and possibly a lot more times to come.
