Upon entering this single-storey retreat, you will find a fully-equipped kitchen/diner, perfect for whipping up home-cooked meals to enjoy at the dining table.
After a day of exploring the local attractions, you can unwind in the snug sitting room, where plush seating invites you to relax and enjoy your favourite shows on the Freeview TV or select a film from the DVD collection to watch on the DVD player.
When night falls, retire to the inviting double bedroom, where you can recharge for the adventures of the next day.
The property also features a modern bathroom, complete with a bath and overhead shower, a basin, and a WC, allowing you to indulge in a soothing soak after your explorations.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very Disappointing Stay – Left After One Night We booked this cottage for four nights but ended up leaving after just one night because the conditions were so poor.
On arrival, the property was not clean and appeared badly maintained. There were cobwebs and spiders throughout, dog hair from what looked like a long-haired dog all over the cottage, and a strong unpleasant smell. It seemed that an attempt had been made to mask the odour with an overpowering plug-in air freshener, which we had to switch off. The bathroom was particularly disappointing. There was hair on the floor, including what appeared to be pubic hair, and there was a scum-like residue of unknown origin on the back of the toilet seat. This raised serious concerns about the standard of cleaning between guests. We were also concerned about fleas. Our dog picked up a flea during our stay and I suffered bites myself. Noise was another major issue. We could clearly hear the owner through the adjoining wall both day and night, along with running taps and a stairlift that repeatedly beeped. As a result, we had very little sleep. Outside, the walkway to the entrance was heavily overgrown and gave a poor first impression of the property. Unfortunately, our holiday was ruined and we felt we had no option but to leave after one night despite having paid for four. Most disappointing of all, I have raised these concerns with Sykes and, at the time of writing this review, I have not received a response. I am leaving this review to help other potential guests make an informed decision. The property was not as described, fell well below the standard we expected, and reflects very poorly on both the owner and Sykes as a booking platform.
We loved the location of this cottage which was a short walk across the fields to Cawsand.
The cottage is very well equiped with everything you need including a wide selectoion of books, games and DVD's. The bathroom and kitchen, while adequate, are both 'tired' and would benefit from updating.
Lovely annexe.
Only a 10 minute walk to the picturesque village of Cawsand. Secluded location with wildlife such as deer and squirrels all around. Nice quiet getaway.
