This property is ideal for couples, offering an en-suite bedroom for added privacy and a barbecue for those summer afternoons on the grill!
Step inside and be welcomed by the open-plan living space which serves as the heart of the home.
The kitchen is well-equipped and allows you to whip up some romantic home-cooked meals, which can be shared at the dining table, in front of the TV and glowing woodburning stove for a more casual bite or even alfresco-style in the garden.
For those longer stays, there is an external shared utility to fully meet your needs.
Once the sun sets on your day, head to bed in the king-size room but not before enjoying a hot shower in the en-suite to soothe any aching muscles.

We had a lovely stay at court cottage.
From the moment that we arrived we felt like honoured guests. Tracy is a wonderful host and was there to meet us as we arrived. She made our stay feel like we were on an authentic Cornish farm with gifts of fresh bread, milk and eggs laid by her own chickens. The cottage was very well equipped and cosy. My husband loved the little lake and enjoyed several evenings of fishing. We had a lovely five days.
Outstanding, a little piece of heaven here on earth.
Please dont be concerned about the fact that the owner lives on site. Tracy be happy to help if you should need any but equally would give you your space if that's your preference. She make the most wonderful tasty treats and spoils you with her wonderful love and energy. We had a 4 night stay and it totally recharge my batteries and gave me inspiration. We were made very welcome on arrival by the owner Tracy and facilities fully explained Benefits included home baking and access to a field to exercise our dog (Fudge loved this as he was allowed off his lead, field as informed usually contains sheep so definitely a bonus) Cottage was warm and contained everything we needed and a log burner if needed Good access to Looe, Polperro and surrounding coast from the cottage Looking forward to becoming returning guests at a later date
