Whileaway Cottage is nestled between the bustling harbour town of Looe and the fishing village of Polperro with their quirky streets lined with quaint fisherman’s cottages; both have an abundance of shops, pubs, cafes and tearooms as well as some of the best restaurants Cornwall has to offer.
There are also beautiful beaches and stunning coves just waiting for you to discover and explore!
On arrival at the cottage you will be able to park up in your own designated off-road parking space.
Entering the property you will be greeted by a wonderful open-plan space with a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, which leads through to the lounge with large picture windows and French doors looking out onto stunning countryside views.
The bedroom has a plush king-sized bed for you to snuggle down into as well as an en-suite shower room with contemporary finishing touches.
Outside the views lend the cottage a delightful sense of calm; where you can relax and “whileaway” the hours with a glass of wine after a day of exploring all that Cornwall has to offer, be it walking the coastal path with picturesque coastline, join this at Lansallos which is just 2 miles away and a National Trust car park.
Or spend a day in the ancient streets of Fowey best known as the home of Daphne du Maurier.
Fowey stands in the Cornwall Area of Outstanding Beauty and is situated just a few miles down the road from the cottage via the Bodinnick Ferry.
If you fancy a day on the water look no further than Looe Adventure Fit SouthWest where you can explore Looe river in a kayak or on a paddle board; for those seeking leisurely strolls you can meander around beautiful gardens and historical stately homes such as Pencarrow a gorgeous Georgian House surrounded by a lake and picturesque woodland, Saltram House and gardens, and Antony House where Alice in Wonderland was filmed.
A little further afield is Trebah Gardens with its lush exotic gardens on the Helford River boasting its own little cove for you to explore.
