Amazing accommodation with everything you could ever need.

A real home from home in a super quiet place. Owners were lovely and we had a wonderful week at the Orchard.

This was our second stay a year apart.

First year was my retirement present to myself and family with a twist as I was recovering from Cancer treatment. The stay was what I hoped it would be. The second year I am still recovering but this time I was able to enjoy the stay. The house and location is great, even the sat-nav directions took us to the front door. I would strongly recommend this property for comfort, surroundings and location.

We stayed at The Orchard as we were attending our son’s two day wedding celebrations , at Trevenna which is very nearby.

We needed somewhere close by to stay just before the wedding and for a short stay after. The Orchard was perfect , so peaceful and so comfortable . Being Central it was easy to reach the coast as well . A wonderful place I’m sure we will be back .

Everything about the orchard was wonderful can't be beaten probably in the 40 yrs we have been coming to Cornwall this is the best accommodation by far would recommend to anyone we hope to be back again in the future

The Orchard is a fantastic and well equipped holiday home.

It is large, modern and comfortable. We found its position so convenient for traveling to either side of Cornwall’s fabulous coastal areas although Cardinham itself is spectacular and the woods are well worth a visit, especially for the cafe! Communication with the owners was brilliant and we’d highly recommend - thank you!

It was very peaceful in the heart of the countryside with birds and rabbits for company. I thoroughly recommend this property. I cannot imagine anyone being disappointed with it.

A very comfortable and spacious house in a quiet rural setting.

Very fine views from the terrace. Very attentive host and hostess Andrew and Jacqui. Lots to see and do within 30 miles from the house. We were lucky to have three weeks of very nice weather.

We rebooked for next year whilst we were half way through our holiday, to me that says it all.

The property is absolutely beautiful, while keeping style of a converted barn its modern, warm and very comfortable.

All the beds were comfy, the whole property was very clean with towels and some essentials provided. We enjoyed our stay so much we would definitely book to stay again. The location was rural enough for those that love peace and quiet but still only a 5 minute drive from. Shops, pubs etc. really great location. Owners really friendly, welcoming and helpful. Honestly can’t fault it.

Very nice cottage nicely furnished.

Very quiet and peaceful location. Couple of minor niggles it would be nice to have hand towels. Back door needs adjustment and toilet seats loose. Overall very good.

The property was in very good condition, very clean and homely.

Lovely location overlooking the hills with some good dog walks nearby and within a 1 hour drive to most places we visited on the coast including St Ives. I would have no hesitation returning.

Exceptional property in a picturesque and quiet rural location.

Easy to access all the parts of Cornwall we wanted to visit on this occasion. Really high standard of accommodation. We didn't want for anything and felt completely at home. We would love to come back someday. Our 2yr old lab enjoyed chasing the ball in the generous back garden.

We left a thankyou card with our comments, but in short, the Orchard was a real delight.

Very thoughtfully appointed, which made for an easy stay. Lovely rural peaceful location and watching the sheep in the adjacent field was an added bonus.

We had a wonderful week (despite the rain!

!) in Orchard Cottage. Everything was exactly as stated and the whole family, including a 6 year old and a dog enjoyed the comfortable surroundings. We like cooking and were happy with the quality of the kitchen and had more than enough pots and pans etc. The washing machine and dryer worked overtime as we kept getting wet and muddy walking in the beautiful countryside. We would be very happy to stay again. Thank you!

The Orchard is a truly beautiful property, in an amazingly peaceful setting.

Equipped to a high standard, with everything you could need, and more. The only downside was that we had to check out at the end of the week, as we would love to have stayed forever!

The Orchard is an absolutely beautiful barn conversion in an excellent location if you love the outdoors.

Footpaths and bridle ways are easily accessible directly from the barn and numerous OS maps of the local area are provided by the owners. A great location if you love walking, mountain biking or horse riding. You can spend hours watching the local wildlife from the comfort of the sitting room...buzzards, foxes, rabbits, jays, blue tits, chaffinches, robins, black birds, swallows, the list could go on! The barn has absolutely everything you need for when you don't fancy trapsing out in bad weather...an assortment of books and games are provided by the owners. Equally if you wanted to explore further a field, within 10 minutes you can be back on the A30. The owners are really responsive if you do have any questions during your stay. We highly recommend a stay at The Orchard.

How lucky were we to be the first guests to stay in this fabulous property.

Newly renovated and furnished with a well-equipped kitchen and utility room, with a huge corner sofa and extremely comfortable beds. It didn't matter if the weather was stormy outside as we were happy to stay in. There is very limited phone signal (O2 and EE mobiles) however the WiFi worked great and it wasn't a problem for us. Despite being a substantial property, the Orchard has such a cosy and homely feel, we really didn't want to leave. The Orchard is in a very central location, with easy access to lots of different areas of Cornwall, both on the north and south coasts and the views from the property are simply stunning. The welcome pack was very informative and the complimentary essentials were greatly appreciated. We loved our holiday here and would love to stay again!
