    We had a lovel stay enjoyed every minute the only thing that let it down was the washing machine which has been broken for a while we were told and it was quite a walk to use laundry on site and 7 pound a wash but other than that it was a good holiday

Stepping up onto your own private terrace balcony, head on through the front door to be greeted by the open-plan living space holding a kitchen, dining area and sitting area.

The sitting area is a snug spot where you can gather together to discuss your plan of action for the day ahead, or recline with a book in hand to enjoy the sunset outside of the patio windows.

The dining area boasts exposed stone walls, adding to the rustic feel of the property and certainly adding character; prepare all of your family-favourite meals in the well-equipped kitchen to be enjoyed at the dining table together to re-energise ahead of your exploration of Cornwall.

On the first floor you will find two bright and airy bedrooms, home to both a twin and a bunk room, this layout is perfect for the little ones of the group or families to rest, whilst the second floor holds a double room with its own en-suite shower room, perfect for a couple to catch up on their sleep whilst stargazing out of the wondrous skylight windows.

The west-facing patio is an ideal place to take in the stunning view and watch the buzzards soaring over the valley as you sip your morning coffee, with jays, magpies, red kites and red squirrels being occasional visitors.

Positioned within a holiday park, the property benefits from being surrounded by an abundance of wonderful facilities, with a shop and bar serving good food, as well as an indoor pool, leisure facilities, and a hot tub, the local area provides hours of fun for all ages.

When you feel like venturing out further afield, the nearby town of Penzance proves a firm favourite with tourists, offering you harbour-front restaurants, galleries and museums, and historical wonders, it’s well worth a trip, whether by car or even foot to explore its most scenic spots up close.

A car journey can bring you to St. Ives, with its famous Tate museum and plenty of culture, it’s certainly a day out to remember.

GULVAL

Penzance 1.5 miles.

Gulval is a village in the former Penwith district of Cornwall. Although historically a parish in its own right, Gulval was incorporated into the parishes of Penzance, Madron and Ludgvan in 1934, and like Heamoor, is now considered to be a suburb of Penzance. Gulval, however, still maintains its sense of charm and parts of the village church date back to the 12th century. Other features in the village include the 1910 granite drinking fountain in the centre of the square and the Coldstreamer Inn, allegedly one of the oldest. A charming collection of Victorian houses and cottages are also dotted around what was the village square. Why not wander into the centre of Penzance, appreciated for its abundance of palm trees and gardens full of sub-tropical plants, a sure sign that you have arrived somewhere unique. Also people can visit the surfing beaches of Sennen Cove, Porthcurno. Placed of interedt would also be Minack Theatre, St Michaels mount, Poldark country, Mousehile etc making great days out to enjoy
