On the first floor the open-plan living area awaits, with a stylish sitting area boasting the warm glow of a woodburning stove, and all of your culinary needs will be catered for in the stylish kitchen with an inviting serve your creation at the dining table: making this a great social hub for guests to relax in.

On the ground floor there are two beautifully presented bedrooms, including a king-size and a twin, as well as a tasteful bathroom with a double walk-in shower. On this level there is also a utility cupboard.

The local countryside surrounding St Keyne is ideal for walking and includes many breath-taking views from Deerpark Forest, Kilminorth Woods and Golitha Falls National Nature reserve.

Hearty pub lunches can be had in the close by town of Duloe, where there is also a convenience store to stock up on essentials and a fascinating stone circle.

From here you can enjoy many historic sites, including South Pheonix Mine and Hurlers Stone Circle, or head over to the sandy beaches and coastal walks of Looe to indulge in a day spent amongst the salty air.

Looe 4 miles ; Liskeard 4.7 miles

The small village of Duloe sits in the sought-after county of Cornwall between Liskeard and Looe. The village is home to the ancient remains of Duloe stone Circle and close by is Cornish Orchards for a great selection of ciders. Dining options a Gastropub for local ales and a home-cooked meal and you can grab the essentials from a well-stocked community shop. Just outside the village is the sprawling Kilminorth Woods for a hike and slightly further afield is the 18th-century Port Eliot House & Gardens. For a sandy beach with rock pools, venture to the seaside town of Looe, where you can unravel smuggling memorabilia at the Looe Museum and why not hop aboard a boat for a trip to Looe Island? Visit the town of Liskeard, steeped in history, with its Carnglaze Caverns for an underground experience, as well as the cascading Golitha Falls.
