“We have just returned from a weeks stay at Pepperpots.”

I booked it because it had bedrooms downstairs which helped immensely when taking my father in law away due to his lack of mobility. It was very spacious which helped with a teenager and toddler too. The house was spotlessly clean, beautiful and of a high standard. Everything was clearly set out for us and useful information on the area was provided too (which was appreciated). The showers were amazing with great water pressure! Everything was clearly set out for us and useful information on the area was provided too (which was appreciated). The showers were amazing with great water pressure! The garden beautiful and location was perfect just a short walk or drive to anything we needed. It had everything we needed and made for a lovely week away. We will definitely book to stay here again.

Just a 10 minute walk from the beautiful sandy beach, perfect for surfing, or maybe grab a coffee or lunch in one of the cafes or restaurants that sit next to the beach.

5 miles from Newquay, Cornwall's surfing capital and just a 20 minute drive to Padstow.

The famous Bedruthan Hotel on the doorstep makes Pepperpots a fine choice for a beach holiday any time of the year.

With a fabulous open plan design the kitchen opens into the dining area with its patio doors to a south facing patio.

Two loungers are perfect for soaking up the summer sun.

The newly fitted kitchen is well equipped, off which you'll find a useful utility room.

A large, separate TV room with DVD player allows the family to spread out and enjoy freedom of space.

Two ground floor bedrooms, a king size room with sea views and twin share a sparkling new shower room.

Stairs leads to two further spacious bedrooms, a king size room with sea view and French doors that lead onto the first floor balcony with its fabulous seating area in which to watch the sunset over the beach.

The twin room has views over countryside.
