    “This is a two bedroom flat with lots of space; we found it clean, well decorated and nicely furnished.”

    It is within walking distance of the town centre, with its pubs, shops and restaurants, and just across the road from the steps down to Tolcarne beach. The lift from the underground garage parking to within a few feet of the flat door was very welcome when unpacking and packing. A previous review criticised the lack of a sea view and misleading photographs but in fairness to the owners, they never said that there was a sea view. All properties listed will show photographs designed to show them in their best light and there are many properties in Sykes' and other catalogues that have no sea views but show pictures of local beaches and local street scenes to give a flavour of the locality. If it doesn't say there is a sea view, then there probably won't be one. Caveat Emptor!
