The property

Harbour House is within easy reach of the glorious beaches and pretty coves on Cornwall's stunning north coast.

The property holds an enviable waterside position at the head of the Camel Estuary; this stylish apartment is just paces from the centre of Wadebridge.

The historic town of Wadebridge, with the symmetrically arched 'Bridge of Wool' spanning the tidal river at its heart, offers plenty to see and do.

Excellent restaurants, pubs, shops, galleries, cinema, sports centre and a park with tennis courts gives all year round appeal.

Walks or cycle rides can be ventured along the scenic Camel Trail to Padstow.

Wild moorland at Bodmin, often over-looked and under-rated, is also within easy reach. Padstow has much to tempt and is within a 20 minute drive.

A reputation for being one of the UK's top foodie destinations, including the famous restaurants of celebrity chefs, Rick Stein and Paul Ainsworth, plus an array of arty shops, trendy boutiques and old pubs/inns.

The Black Tor ferry runs from Padstow to Rock, with its golden sands and haven for water-sports enthusiasts - ideal for sailing, windsurfing and canoeing, or tee-off at the challenging St Enodoc Golf Club.

Positioned on the first floor, it has a superb double aspect view of the ancient bridge and the ebb and flow of the river.

Beautifully appointed with a modern interior and furnishings, the accommodation is spacious and comfortable.

Immaculate throughout, all the rooms lead off from a central hallway.

The living room (with sofa bed) incorporates a fitted kitchen with Smeg appliances at one end with the river views from the living/dining area.

The master bedroom also boasts views across the River Camel.

Accessed from the entrance lobby by a lift, or two small flights of stairs, the apartment is a perfect base to explore the very best that north Cornwall has to offer.

Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £150.
