Good location, city centre and close to bus and train station.
Very convenient as I travelled there by train.
My sole negative is the difficulty to open the windows. Yes, it was possible but only after climbing to seat bellow the windows in bedroom and bathroom. When you are in your early seventies (albeit fit) and have short legs, it is not ideal. A small set of steps would have made my life easier.
Hi Joelle, thank you for your review, we are so pleased that you loved the apartment - all feedback is really appreciated and we have taken our time responding as we wanted to provide a solution to your comment, but we are struggling. We love our historic windows and can provide steps to get onto the window seats as you suggest, but then we would be very concerned that guests may lift these steps onto the window seat to use them to reach the highest parts of the sash windows. However, we worry that these could slip out and cause an accident. We wanted to let you know that we haven’t given up, but have not found a safe solution as yet, but we will!
