Continue the celebrations in Port Isaac with dinner and drinks, followed by fireworks over the harbour, countdown to midnight at The Waterfront in Polzeath, and bust a move at The Mariners in Rock who host a live band on New Year’s Eve.

Head to South Cornwall where the party continues  Make St Ives the place to spend your New Year break in Cornwall and join the hordes of locals and visitors who take to the streets from 6pm. It’s tradition to party in fancy dress costumes, with everyone showing up for the fabulous fireworks at midnight.

Similarly, to St Ives, Falmouth is also renowned for its legendary street parties on New Year’s Eve. See both boats and buildings adorned in lights and decorations, and the fireworks, which light up the sky and the River Fal.
