This small and sandy cove is close to the Helford Estuary and is popular with small boat owners. There are no facilities at the cove, but it is situated on the coast path and dogs are allowed on the beach throughout the year. There is often fresh fish and eggs for sale available from the resident beach-keeper's house right on the water. The Herra headland provides a beautiful view point of St Anthony, Gillan Creek and Falmouth Bay towards St Mawes and a lovely sunbathing spot.
