The property

Seascape is the ultimate luxury homestay, with exceptional interiors, designed for style-conscious guests.

With stunning coastal views, an indulgent hot tub, private and secure garden and wood burning stove, Seascape is the perfect getaway by the sea.

Given the ingenious architecture, professional interior design and its position in an Area of Oustanding Natural Beauty, you would expect it to be an extraordinary self-catering experience - and you would be right! A special addition to our portfolio, this newly-built, contemporary coastal home, fusing the best of traditional materials and method with eco-logic, has five boutique standard bedrooms and three lavish bathrooms.

You will find it located in real-life Poldark country with glorious open rural views to the sea and the isles of Scilly on the horizon.

It sits in the village of Carnyorth, on the outskirts of the town of St Just, in the far west of Cornwall and is perfectly placed for coastal escapades and exploring the rugged character of this incredible corner of the county. The accommodation is arranged over three floors with spacious interiors, elegant design in fittings and furniture and a complimentary welcome tray of award-winning, mouth-watering provincial produce on arrival.

The open plan living room is the hub, combining space to dine and relax plus a kitchen which is a master-class for the aspiring chef with integrated appliances and an American style fridge freezer.

Bi-fold doors open onto the enclosed, private garden to the rear with a hot tub, chill out sofas and sunbeds, patio heater, barbecue and exotic plants, perfect for coastal living. The spacious sitting room has an inviting atmosphere with a warming wood burner, big screen TV, good books and sumptuous sofas to kick back and relax.

Presented on the first and second floors, spacious bedrooms and shower/bathrooms ooze sophistication and calm.

It is the attention to comfort and detail that puts Seascape at the fore, with fun additions including seven Smart TV’s, Google Home Hub, DAB radio and coffee machine. The Far West is a much-loved visitor destination with miles of sandy beaches and rugged coastline to explore for spectacular scenery.

Bliss for ramblers, you can walk from the door to the South West Coast Path, rated as one of the top walks to be found anywhere in the world.

Explore the iconic cliff-top ‘Count House’ at Botallack Mine, where the BBC's Poldark mine scenes were filmed.

Nearby Gwynver Beach and Sennen Cove provide some of the best surfing conditions in the UK and there are quieter, secret beaches at Priests Cove, Morvah and Cot Valley to explore.

Follow the scenic coast road to St Ives with its world class beaches, cobbled streets lined with boutique shops, award winning art galleries and tempting cafes, inns and restaurants.

Penzance, widely recognised as the new food capital of Cornwall, is just a 10 minute drive and the landmark attractions at Land’s End, St Michael's Mount and the open air Minack Theatre are a 20 minute drive.

About the location

ST JUST

Penzance 7.2 miles; St Ives 12.9 miles.

St Just is the nearest town to Land’s End and is situated approximately eight miles west of Penzance. The town itself is an ancient settlement that has a strong mining history and there are several monuments and prehistoric antiquities to visit including the Bronze Age settlement at Cape Cornwall. St Just is ideally located for visitors to explore the far west of Cornwall as it is situated on the edge of the moors and close to the beautiful north coast. In the centre of the town is Plain-an-Gwarry, a theatre used for miracle plays in medieval times, and in more recent times for the Lafrowda Festival.
